Image Pairing
The Image Pairing content type asks the student to match pairs of related images — an animal with its footprint, a tool with its trade, a concept with its example. The AI generates both images of every pair from the teacher's prompt.

Generated content
Each pair contains:
- Two generated images: a source image and its matching counterpart (for example the animal and its footprint, or the geometric shape and an everyday object with that shape).
- A recognizable visual correspondence between both images, coherent with the elements named in the prompt.
When a syllabus or source document is uploaded, the matched concepts and examples are drawn strictly from it, with terms traceable to the document and no invented material.
Rules and behavior
- Images are indispensable for this type: two images per pair are always generated, even when the "Generate images" toggle is off. This is by design, not a failure.
- If any image fails to generate, the generation is retried instead of delivering incomplete pairs.
- The documented hard cap is 100 pairs: any requested count within it (e.g. 25) is generated exactly, keeping two generated images per pair.
- Both images of a pair must correspond to each other with a recognizable visual relationship.
