Drag the Words

The Drag the Words content type presents a text passage from which key words have been removed; the student drags each word back into its place. The AI generates the passage, extracts the draggable words, and optionally adds distractor words that fit no gap.

Rules and behavior

• Distractors are optional: their absence is only a failure when the prompt explicitly asks for them.
• The activity scores correctly even when distractor words are left in the tray.
• The type has no upper cap on words, so a high exact amount (e.g. 12) is generated exactly, without trimming, and the passage must stay legible and solvable with all of them.
• The activity is scored, and the result integrates with the Moodle gradebook.
