Image Slider

The Image Slider content type presents a carousel of images that students browse one by one. The AI generates every slide — image and alternative text — from the teacher's prompt, plus a task description shown above the slider.

Generated content​

  • One generated image per slide, illustrating the concept or item.
  • One descriptive alternative text per slide.
  • A task description visible above the carousel.

Rules and behavior​

  • This type generates one image per slide always, even when the Generate images option of the AI modal is disabled: its content depends indispensably on its images, so this is by-design behavior, not a failure.
  • A failed image is omitted without aborting the generation, but at least 2 slides must remain.
  • Asking for a specific display proportion (e.g. square images instead of landscape) applies the custom aspect ratio instead of the automatic one.
  • Slides have no upper cap: a requested exact amount (e.g. twenty-five slides) is generated in full, without trimming.
