Payment Account Configuration

Configure a payment account to start receiving transactions:

  1. Go to Site administration > General > Payments > Payment accounts.

  2. Click on Create payment account.

  3. Assign a name (e.g., Example Payments), check Enabled, and save.

  4. Select the Mercado pago option.

Environment Modes​

  • Sandbox (Testing): Enter your test credentials and set the environment to Sandbox. Use test cards.

  • Production (Real): Enter your production credentials and set the environment to Production.

  1. Verify that the gateway appears as active.
