Configuration for Enrollments

  1. Go to Site administration > Plugins > Enrolments > Manage enrol plugins.

  2. Enable the Enrolment on payment plugin.

  3. From the course where you want to apply the payment enrollment method, access the Participants section and select Enrolment methods.

  4. In Add method, select Enrolment on payment.

  5. Add the information for the enrollment method instance:

    • Custom name: A name to identify the instance, e.g., COP Enrollment.
    • Allow new enrolments: Set to Yes.
    • Payment account: Select the account created in the Payment Account Configuration section.
    • Enrolment fee: Enter the course enrollment value.
    • Currency: Select the currency to be used, e.g., COP.

    Leave the other fields as shown in the image and click the Add method button.

  6. You should see something like this:
